I am so excited ! I am actually losing weight easier than ever before, and I am not even trying.
Since reading the book I have lost 12.5 kg, and lost a dress size !
My husband has lost almost 10kg, and he is not doing anything to lose it other than eating what I am giving him, and having breakfast for a change
Amazed how easy it is when you know all the facts, wish I had known about this years ago.
I know I will never be overweight again, I feel like a new person.
The best part is that there are no rules and restrictions, this is not dieting at all, it just surefire weightloss

Where does the weight go ?
When you lose weight where do you think it goes ?
Have you ever thought about what actually happens to the fat ?
It does not evaporate into thin air and it does not drop off as we walk along.
No matter how much we sweat, we only lose a few ounces, not kilo's, and what we lose is water anyway.
By going right back to simple basics, think about how the fat got there, it went in one end, and whatever the body does not use comes out the other, so to really get rid of the fat, there is only one way to get rid of it, it has to come out the other end.
So . . . . to get rid of fat you need to break it down and dissolve it, and dispose of it.
By adding the foods I talk about in my book, you will learn which foods break down the fats in the body and the blood, so the digestive system can dispose it.
By doing the detox you will get rid of years of built up heavy fats and toxins lining your intestine walls, that makes you feel tired, lethargic and prone to illness.
Once you have done this simple easy detox, you will notice a marked increase your levels of energy and vitality.

In my NO DIET WEIGHT LOSS book I talk about good fats and bad fats,
The way I explain it simply is good fats are natural fats, bad fats are processed fats.
I recently saw a current affair investigation and results on the fat issue.
They put in a much more comples and confusing way, but they were investigating the TRANS FATS, they are the ones that are banned in most countries other than Australia, and are used in most Australian processed foods.
Trans Fats have been proven beyond doubt to be highly toxic over a period of time, causing serious health problems, ADHD, illness, disease and cancers.
The difference between thses fats and what I call "natural " fats is that all trans fats are heated to extremely high temperatures, then they go through a number of processes where as the structure of the product is changed and hydrogenated so it is in a more solid form and things are added to make it a desirable color, smell and taste. So, in the end what you have is not really a food product, but more a complex chemical composition.
Natural fats are animal fats or any oil that is raw, natural and cold pressed, nothing is added or taken away, its just pure, and good for you, because without enough good fats we suffer from nutrient deficiencies, immune deficiencies and get health problems like alzhimers and dementia.
To put it straight and clear, natural raw fats and oils keep you healthy, protect you from cancer and illness, highly processed complex chemical fats and oils make you sick and fat.

I have just recently done extensive research on microwaves, and the facts are quite shocking . . . . . microwaving destroys most of the nutrients, and some foods still have radiation in them for up to 3 days after.
An experiment was done on 2 plants, side by side, 1 was given normal water, the other was only given water that had been boiled and cooled in microwave first, after a few weeks that plant died while the other still lived, now I fully understand why the healthiest and most learned naturopaths say to not use a microwave.
Did you know that most food brought into Australia is also irradiated to ensure there are no contaminents, pests or diseases, and irradiation also kills the nutrients in the food.
Oranges from the U.S. treated this way have zero vitamin C left in them, so for orange juice, they have to artificially add vitamin C.
I always try to encourage people to eat food as soon as possible after picking as the nutrients are higher, and I firmly believe that food that is old and stale has very little goodness left in it, so when you buy food from overseas, just think about how fresh it really is.
I also firmly believe that obesity is also caused by a nutrient deficiency.
When we eat food with little or no nutrients, our hunger is not satisfied, the body is still craving nutrients, we might be full of bulk food, but still hungry . . . so . . . . the body has to also "store bulk" to try to access the nutrients from.
I have proved to people constantly throughout life that when you eat food that is "just picked" you naturally find you are nowhere near as hungry, and you naturally tend to eat less over a period of time, and the body reacts accordingly, it does not need to store as much bulk, so therefore, you lose weight naturally WITHOUT DIETING ! the only side affect to this is, you will also feel healthier and more energetic

Its only a few weeks ago I read the book, and the weight is dropping off already, and I feel better and more energetic.
I dont feel like Im doing anything, other than adding a few of the things in the book, I'm eating better food and saving money.
Im excited to know now that I will lose weight

The loinger it is since a food is picked, the less nutrition it has. I feel one main reason for obesity is nutrient deficiencies caused by eating over processed and old food, that just adds bulk without nutrition, so the body reacts the same way.

Logan City Library bought some of my books to stock in the library for people to borrow.
I also did a book talk for Volunteers day for the City of Logan, and everyone was extremely impressed at just how easy it is to lose weight and get healthier.

My doctor bought my book ! she had a quick look through and was very impressed.
She said it seemed to be the most practical and common sense way of losing weight and keeping it off she has ever seen.
