Cancer Prevention

Put simply . . . the triggers for cancer to develop is nutrient deficiencies, too much toxins, too much sugar, too much processed foods, the body being in an acid condition, being dehydrated not drinking enough good quality water, and a lack of oxygen.

Had to say how happy I am with the results.  Have lost weight and kept it off, without any difficulty at all.

Also wanted to thank you once again for the chat we had on the phone, everything you told me was so easy to do, I appreciate the time you took to answer my questions.

Plants and people

Here is something that will really surprise most people . . . plants and humans are more alike than most people realize, we both require all the same things . . . food [nutrients] water, air and the correct PH. Most people know that if the PH in the soil is too acid or too alkaline then the plants won’t grow properly, they get sick and die because even if you fertilize them, they can’t use it if the PH is wrong.

When I read book first time I thought it may help to lose weight, but since reading it and adding the things suggested, I have lost over 20kg,  couldn't be happier,  have a whole new outlook on food now,  I am eating more and enjoying it more and still losing weight.

What a fantastic litle book, so simple and easy,  really is working.  Makes more sense than anything else I have ever seen,  the way I see it now,  this is foolproof !  The health tips are fantastic too,  they are so easy and useful to know.

Thank you for a wonderfully enlightening book,  it has changed my life.

Trying to lose weight was too stressful before I read this book, now I see its not hard to do at all, now I know I can keep it off without it being stressful or expensive.
